Back to school!

El has been back at school for a whole week now. I missed her terribly this week especially on the first day she went back. It made me realise what a difference she makes around here!

Anyway, we're back to no sleeping in, busy, messy mornings, school pick up and drop offs (aarrgh!) and cat naps here-there-everywhere for Jakey, and it almost feel like those two weeks never even happened! Luckily, I keep this block so I have proof that the holidays did actually exist...

I loved having all my munchkins at home. The next school holidays cannot come quick enough. I'm already counting down the weeks. 

Easter

It was that time of the year again, when candy fell from the sky and my kids were there to get a bucket worth of them...

"no, my lollies!"

The Easter bunny came again this year too, but dropped all his eggs out of his basket when Paisley barked and scared her away ;)

But not to worry, the kids were onto it...

that's not an egg, it's a deflated balloon but Noah was so excited to find it.

For those who know my fear of the dentist and therefore the obsession with dental hygiene, you can just imagine how much teeth brushing brushing I've done this month! Much to Noah's (the one with the sweetest tooth) disgust.

L.O.V.E

Took these pics with my lovely Jakey last week during the Easter long weekend. I can't get enough of him, I really can't. This baby boy can do no wrong and has me loving on him all the time...

And I'm pretty sure he loves me too, despite his lack of enthusiasm in the pics.

These are a few of my (Jacob's) favourite things...

And thought there was nothing more funny than watching the kids bounce on the trampoline ( i have footage but no pic).

He has been fond of his baby sling since birth (best buy ever)...

He enjoys showers with daddy (since his first at 8 weeks old in pics) but...

                                  

He loves his bubble baths at the end of the day the most...

And on occasion, he also loves to chuckle to himself pretty loud- usually around 4 am in the morning. Seriously, what could he possibly find so amusing at that time of the morning!?
